I've had very good service from Hillsborough Irrigation. As in all irrigation systems and in dealing with water, there will be issues and they are not always easy to solve. I have been dealing with some excess water in certain parts of the lawn and Hillsborough Irrigation worked several times to address. Important to me is that they did not give up, and without my request, their President, Ken, called and asked to come out to inspect the property himself on a Saturday. We believe we identified the final issue being the original heads that were flooding at the base. He showed them to me and you could see it after just a minute being on. Hillsborough Irrigation did not do the original install of the equipment...our builder did. Net, I find them to be very responsive and willing to go the extra step to get it right.Peter L.
