I called because we had some extensive reseeding done to our entire lawn and when I activated the sprinkler system to begin regular watering saw several heads had been damaged over the summer, some so badly that water simply gushed from the outlet. I called and explained my problem and the need to begin watering the new seed ASAP. They couldn't have been more helpful.
